農曆年假期約咗位好朋友打甂爐聚一聚,於是就嚟咗尖沙咀金馬倫道呢間《禾牛薈火鍋館》。餐廳座位以梳化卡位為主,坐得舒服。座位旁邊仲有個電視俾我哋一路打甂爐一路睇,又幾貼心。醬料都算多選擇,其中仲有少見嘅 XO 醬,入邊有好多瑤柱絲同蝦米,味道十分香口。湯底方面都有好多選擇,我哋揀咗個比較有特色嘅“魚與鴻掌(鮑魚、牛蹄)” ($298) 湯底。湯底以原隻牛蹄熬製,又以白蘿蔔筒載住四隻爽彈嘅鮑魚,又有大大條炆得夠曬腍滑嘅牛筋,有滿滿的骨膠原。餐廳職員幫我哋將白蘿蔔同牛筋剪開後,提我哋湯滾咗之後可以飲返碗湯先開始打邊爐。湯底除左牛嘅鮮味之外,仲有白蘿蔔及杞子嘅甜味及中芹嘅香味,味道的確唔錯。白蘿蔔吸咗湯底嘅鮮味後亦相當好食。特級手切肥牛 ($208/例),十分新鮮,油脂分佈平均,牛味濃郁得嚟帶有牛嘅鮮甜味,稍為渌一渌,口感爽滑。推介!油麥菜 ($38),份量都幾多,十分新鮮而且洗得乾淨。健康之選!Asahi ($32/大),同好朋友打甂爐又點少得佢。
