入得鴨脷洲,點可以唔食下艇仔粉。聽講呢間係真水上人上左岸之後開既,係正地鐵站對面好易搵,個湯底用大地魚,無加味精。艇仔粉,有紅腸,燒鴨,叉燒,魚皮,魚蛋,魚片。真係好多餸。個湯底真係正,有鮮味但又唔腥唔咸,食完碗麵連湯都飲哂。魚蛋魚片同魚皮值得讚,真係好彈牙,塊魚皮又薄又脆又感覺唔多味精,浸一浸個湯食真係無得頂。四寶粉,墨丸魚皮餃魚扎豬肉丸各一粒,個湯底同招牌艇仔粉一樣。炸雲吞,係用真人手包既雲吞去炸,啲蝦好爽口,皮又薄又脆,唔會食到成口油。
