Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝潢是挺有上海風的,很懷舊,但一看餐牌便全桌呆了。價錢這裏的價錢每碟都比外面(如上海婆婆,上海姥姥,上海360,鹿鳴春等)貴出一倍。價錢貴客人當然期望也更高,只可惜。。。小籠包的確皮薄多汁,味道鮮甜。但一叫便是十隻,菜色設計上並沒有為兩人餐桌的客人考慮。津白肉絲炒年糕說好吃的會真的令人難以自信,大家看圖便知道。說好的肉絲呢我們真的吃不到,津白倒是有的而且不少,但整碟年糕毫無味道,跟煮出來的顏色完全不相配。還有,細碟得很呢。我們這些大食的朋友便覺得不足夠了...炒蝦球是真的令我讚不絕口的,但價錢便。。。讓人痛心得很。碟上只有六隻蝦球,那個汁真的得特別,酸酸甜甜,很少能在外吃到,值得一讚。但這六個東東價值$29x!簡單而言,每隻小小蝦價值~$50,絕非平民價喔。

津白肉絲炒年糕
說好吃的會真的令人難以自信,大家看圖便知道。
說好的肉絲呢我們真的吃不到,津白倒是有的而且不少,但整碟年糕毫無味道,跟煮出來的顏色完全不相配。
還有,細碟得很呢。我們這些大食的朋友便覺得不足夠了...

是真的令我讚不絕口的,但價錢便。。。讓人痛心得很。
碟上只有六隻蝦球,那個汁真的得特別,酸酸甜甜,很少能在外吃到,值得一讚。
但這六個東東價值$29x!
簡單而言,每隻小小蝦價值~$50,絕非平民價喔。
