記得之前朋友係新加坡工作,我去旅行探C小姐,同佢plan行程嘅時候佢問我有乜想食,我第一個答案,唔需要猶豫,即刻答天天海南雞飯。食過一次之後,當然非常難忘,因此佢剛剛來港的時間我都真係好期待,希望尋回那天在food centre的感動。不過開頭好多人都話佢質素完全唔及新加坡,而且水準唔隱定,但近來幾個朋友都話,近來改頭換面,生色不少 。原來佢包左四個品牌,全部都有名有姓,好多都係米芝蓮推介,有老街坊,有五十年代,超好麵,當然仲有取得大中華區的獨家永久經營權嘅天天海南雞飯,基本上佢唔係叫海南雞飯,佢叫Tian Tian Authentic。你以為好單一嘅食物?錯啦,呢到有黑松露墨魚蝦多士,迷迭香火焰黑金叉燒同鮮大蝦冬陰功湯,你應該都無諗過有咁泰同中式嘅食物,最緊要個冬陰功湯係堂弄,酸辣都強勁。火焰黑金叉燒好睇又好食,黑松露墨魚蝦多士個種fusion感,印象都好深刻。古法肉骨茶就好似帶咗你去新加坡嘅黃亞細肉骨茶一樣,強烈嘅胡椒香,仲要有吸盡所有肉骨茶嘅腐竹同有大大條肉骨你享受。老街坊呢個品牌好多人都知,但原來佢嘅牛筋牛腩煲原來都出色過好多香港嘅地道柱侯腩。天天海南雞當然係主角,只不過相對其

你以為好單一嘅食物?錯啦,呢到有黑松露墨魚蝦多士,迷迭香火焰黑金叉燒同鮮大蝦冬陰功湯,你應該都無諗過有咁泰同中式嘅食物,最緊要個冬陰功湯係堂弄,酸辣都強勁。火焰黑金叉燒好睇又好食,黑松露墨魚蝦多士個種fusion感,印象都好深刻。

老街坊呢個品牌好多人都知,但原來佢嘅牛筋牛腩煲原來都出色過好多香港嘅地道柱侯腩。

天天海南雞當然係主角,只不過相對其他咁出色嘅食物,呢個即刻唔係我嘅終極目標。

南海青咖喱有好多海鮮如青口、蝦、魷魚等等,不過重點係勁好送飯嘅青咖喱。

新加坡辣椒炒肉蟹配鹹煎餅係我當晚食過嘅私心推介,個辣椒汁當然好,但鹹煎餅點上之後味道簡直係昇華十倍,食完你真係好懷念新加坡式嘅海鮮。

尾聲的食神魚子海鮮炒雞油飯,地道甜品如芒果三色糯米椰漿甜飯同新加坡原味豆腐花都有著唔少當地特色,香港其他地方比較少見。

而最後的一杯50 年代南洋咖啡,又係另一個米芝蓮品牌,一間餐廳可以試咁多間米芝蓮嘅水準,唔拖馬過嚟都食唔晒 ,一次滿足四個願望,貪心過見到神燈。
