To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大驚喜亦有失望

午餐A： 意大利乳豬配薯蓉超大分，呢個係驚喜位，有大約10件左右乳豬，感覺差不多有1/4乳豬，因為食到有手仔，乳豬好脆，味道剛剛好，不會太咸，有南瓜及西蘭花做配菜，感覺上邪惡得來右健康😂午餐H:南瓜千層面對呢個千層面有點失望，因為吃落去味道好似燶味/膠味，不太喜歡。本身自己不討厭吃南瓜，只是南瓜千層面出來的味道no good。千層面有好多芝土，喜歡芝土的會喜歡吃。如果吾係配南瓜會好味d,建議用返肉醬會十分好味。
