又到出comission嘅日子,當然要獎勵一下自己食餐好嘅!其實響香港食過咁多唔同嘅野,都未試過食和牛,呢度嘅食評都唔錯,就黎試下!叫咗啲前菜,首先用沙律開開胃,雖然而家唔係芒果嘅季節,但呢度芒果依然入口鮮甜,好意外!配上脆卜卜嘅蟹籽同青瓜絲,感覺好清新。平時食得雞泡魚干多,今次試吓呢度嘅五味魚翅,感覺比雞泡魚好𡁻口,無咁甜但多一份咸香。我哋試多一個洋蔥墨魚咀,呢個除咗洋蔥多之外仲好多蒜蓉,入口極香口!不過略嫌油較多。佐酒小吃永遠冇人嫌多,我地叫埋椒鹽白飯魚。真正外脆內軟,平時食嘅白飯魚較單薄,呢度有肉地,幾好食!呢一個係其中一個吸引我選擇嚟食呢度嘅菜,和牛刺身雪山!一上場十分之吸睛!一片片雪花均勻,油脂豐腴嘅和牛片圍成一座山,中間加左乾冰不斷冒出充滿仙氣既煙!未食已經令大家超興奮!和牛刺身厚薄適中,味道有少少似吞拿魚刺身,而且入口即溶!但食超過兩片的話會感覺好膩。黎呢度點可以唔食和牛燒肉?呢度用嘅係近江和牛,一上枱見到各款和牛都雪花油脂豐富、分布均勻,和牛西冷,牛肩,牛頸,牛脷。全部都入口即溶,牛味勁濃!個人最鍾意係燒牛肩!職員在旁教導,牛放落窩度燒大概20秒至30秒,表面有一點點嘅

黎呢度點可以唔食和牛燒肉?呢度用嘅係近江和牛,一上枱見到各款和牛都雪花油脂豐富、分布均勻,和牛西冷,牛肩,牛頸,牛脷。全部都入口即溶,牛味勁濃!個人最鍾意係燒牛肩!職員在旁教導,牛放落窩度燒大概20秒至30秒,表面有一點點嘅血水冒出就可以反轉再燒20零秒,就係最佳嘅時機!

除咗和牛之外,我哋都點左雪場蟹腳!入口蟹肉彈牙,仲有少少蟹汁唔乾,好好食!

刺身5點,包括牡丹蝦,秋刀魚,帶子!職員話而家係秋刀魚的季節,秋刀魚刺身我都係第一次食,入口甜,小小𡁻頭,感覺唔肥膩。牡丹蝦同埋帶子都出乎意料之外咁厚肉鮮甜!超正!好似置身築地!

最尾我哋大家都想食啲菜,我以叫咗一個泡菜豚肉鍋!窩入面有大量嘅蔬菜同菇,湯底味道濃郁,豚肉彈牙!
