今晚去咗大角咀嗰間西式Fusion餐廳小店Cobalt慶祝,真係好正!餐廳環境氣氛好有情調,食物有心思,價錢又唔貴,值得推薦~😊沙律:意大利布拉塔芝士蕃茄配黑醋汁($148)大大一塊布拉塔芝士,充滿淡淡的芝士奶香。鱈魚碎片加上蕃茄,口感層次豐富。前菜:吞拿魚蓉撻配三文魚籽($88)吞拿魚蓉有兩款口味,分別配上三文魚籽和烏魚籽,各兩件。賣相擺盤相當一流,完全可以媲美高級餐廳。吞拿魚蓉Creamy幼滑,三文魚籽咸香味美~😋小食:鹹蛋黃香脆炸雞翼($88)熱辣辣,上面鋪滿了鹹蛋黃汁,香氣撲鼻。如果再入味一點,會更加完美~🍗主菜:香煎鵝肝牛肝菌闊蛋麵($158)上碟時看起來有點像乾炒牛河,但內藏美味鵝肝!鵝肝脆皮香脆,闊蛋麵的醬汁濃郁,有菇菌的香氣,還有一點西式豉油的鹹香味,好食~🍜甜品:法式檸檬撻($58)好有心思,擺上了開心果碎和玫瑰花,檸檬撻用了玫瑰醬,酸甜開胃,上面還有雲呢拿雪葩,口感一流~🍋二人共消費$594,價錢非常合理。Cobalt絕對係個不可錯過的好地方,如果你想搵個有情調嘅地方食飯,真係唔好錯過呢間小店啦!👍
