知道大角咀呢間金船長好出名嘅餐廳,仲知道佢有一個黑松露薄餅好出名揀咗六吋黑松露薄餅試吓先,侍應好細心介紹我哋有三種嘅食法,我自己就最鍾意係原味,老公就鍾意加佢哋餐廳自家製嘅提子醋,覺得酸酸地好開胃,黑松露好香,咬落口好厚實嘅感覺另外再點左兩個主菜,分別係安格斯牛扒,同埋軟殼蟹南瓜意大利飯安格斯牛扒點左七成熟,配薯條,牛扒嘅份量都好大塊,有12安士,牛扒有肥瘦,好重牛肉味,配上黑椒汁食剛剛好,不會太硬,下面都有一啲配菜,旁邊嘅薯條都好好食,啱啱炸起,仲要係最鍾意嘅粗薯條呢個我覺得係值得推薦,就係意大利飯,上面嘅軟殼蟹,真係食到蟹肉,下面嘅意大利粉粒粒都好飽滿,好重南瓜汁嘅味道,而且份量唔細,兩個人食啱啱好最後甜品要左疏乎厘,好重嘅蛋香味,而且鍾意佢嘅外皮口感我哋最後每人點左一杯野飲,榛子咖啡,佢嘅賣相好靚見到好有層次感牛油果沙冰,超重奶味,質感其實似奶昔多啲,飲完都勁飽
