Restaurant: Amplifier Restaurant (Chik Fuk Street)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期趁去日本前, 先食番個午餐, 去了大圍的Amplifier Restaurant食嘢. 小食點了焗大啡菇. 大啡菇尚算厚身, 而且夠多汁, 入口完全不覺得乾和硬. 加上配以蔬菜做配菜, 可以起中和作用.主菜選了大蝦寬條麵配松子仁羅勒醬. 賣相精緻. 上枱時已經香味噗鼻. 我自己本身鍾意食闊條麵, 所以一見到有便不用考慮. 麵質軟硬適中, 啱我口味. 唯獨係蝦較細隻, 同我相像中有所出入. 最後, 飲番一杯熱海鹽咖啡. 入口有淡淡的海鹽味道, 基本上唔加糖也夠甜.
