萬發係我家經常會到的中菜館,喜歡它的食物有水準,而且每款都大大碟,價錢又親民,以前每一次都係去石硤尾分店,自從石硤尾分店被收回重建之用,都有一段時間無食,近日家人話掛住萬發的味道,我當然即刻搵下邊度有分店啦,原來近近地大角咀已經有一間呢間分店好大間,係外面已經睇到晒燒味同海鮮,見到都流晒口水除左主餐牌,仲有好多自選套餐,基本上諗得出o既中菜呢度都有得食蜜瓜西施骨螺頭湯 ($188)蜜瓜食得多,用黎煲湯就比較少見,見到碟上的材料都知呢個湯夠晒足料,蜜瓜煲湯好清潤,岩晒而家乾燥的天氣飲用,唔好以為煲完湯的肉就無晒味,點少少鼓油食,淋得黎仲好有肉味薑蔥爆魚卜 ($88)魚卜即係迷你版花膠,但就平得多,就吸收骨膠原就最適合不過,魚卜一點鯹味都無,同埋記得要趁熱食,如果唔係魚卜就會變硬啦薑蔥霸王雞 (半隻 - $98)半隻霸王雞已經好大隻,雞好瘦一點肥膏都無,而且肉質嫩滑,配上爆香左的薑蔥同吃,佐飯一流豉汁蒸鱔 ($148)我地成家都好鐘意食鱔,記得小時候媽媽成日都會買,但媽媽話愈賣愈貴,所以近年都少左食,見到餐牌呢個價錢,媽媽即刻話抵食,自己買都係咁上下價錢咁話,又慳番好多清潔功夫,需知道清潔

我地成家都好鐘意食鱔,記得小時候媽媽成日都會買,但媽媽話愈賣愈貴,所以近年都少左食,見到餐牌呢個價錢,媽媽即刻話抵食,自己買都係咁上下價錢咁話,又慳番好多清潔功夫,需知道清潔鱔的程序實在唔簡單,呢碟豉汁蒸鱔,每舊都厚切,仲要大多係少骨腩位,魚肉結實彈牙

金莎九肚魚 ($88)

九肚魚細細條又多骨,大多用黎酥炸後連骨食,金莎即係將鹹蛋黃加油炒成沙,再將每條炸完的九肚魚包住,食落充滿蛋黃的香,令人忍唔住食完一條又一條

初嚐呢間燈光通明的萬發,同我食開o個間一樣,碟碟有份量,而且味道又好,相信我地一家人好快又會再番黎食了
