To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本冇諗住出街食，D同事係咁話呢間野好好食架，一定要去食，唔食就走寶，咁既然講到咁，一於就去試吓啦，咁究竟係邊間野咁好食呢？就係金城茶餐廳啦，我地去到都已經好多人，得返幾個位，我同事一去到就話可以叫野食啦，佢叫左個肉餅飯，送到黎真係唔講多笑，個肉餅好大件，我同事話好好味，送飯一流。我就唔想食飯，於是叫左個雪菜火鴨絲湯米，D火鴨絲好入味，好正呀。我另外同事叫左個XO香茜牛肉湯米粉，佢話辣辣地，好惹味，好岩佢食。
