To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

引言︰懶,唔想打。食物︰有冰凍水︰三十幾度,一坐底就有杯有冰既凍水,真係爽。豬手︰豬手應有既咸味可以話係恰到好處,唔係去咸味既豬手,皮偏硬,帶肥位係我個人偏好,多份脂味更可口,係今餐最好的一款。咖啡骨︰肉質鬆化,叫做咖啡骨,都可以叫做食到有咖啡味。雞翼,炸得夠脆,食落熱氣,好味。酥餅,穩陣之選。麥皮蝦,炸得可以連蝦頭食,味道不太特別,或許是我唔識欣賞。螄蚶,跟細個食到既有點唔同,無咩鮮味,印象螄蚶帶點腥味,今次食唔到,可能係亮點。胡說︰- 名物係肉骨茶,好熱,真係無咩興趣試。服務&環境︰- 好多人,要等位,好熱。- 人手唔夠,要點耐性。抵食度︰- 三個人,六樣野,水準不過不失,每人百五蚊,我就覺得幾抵食。總結︰可以試下。
