To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去天后見完客順便去大坑搵食，行行下就見到呢間肉骨皇。小店一間但都幾乾淨同埋坐得好舒服。Lunch set 幾抵食，$68無骨海南雞飯+湯，3款醬料都出色，辣汁夠辣，配無骨海南雞好夾！油飯整到一座金字塔咁，仲有濃濃雞香，齋食飯已經可以食一碗。檳城炒貴刁炒得好入味，但美中不足既係唔夠辣（純粹本人太愛食辣），d 蝦勁大隻好新鮮好足料。Lunch set 加$20就有兩隻炸雞翼，超好食，配泰式甜酸醬真係冇得輸。最後叫左杯酸梅青檸梳打，酸梅味濃，青檸梳打亦勁清新，夾埋一齊原來好特別好消暑，一流！不過餐廳招牌係肉骨茶，下次一定要試下！
