To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 色香味俱全, 惹味又地道小炒店.大排檔的桌和椅, 室內有冷氣開放. 今次係第二次來到, 平日晚上九時左右, 座位很多不用等位, 之後陸陸續續也有其他客人入座. 店內沒有汽水飲品供應, 需自行到附近的士多店購買, 好近的. 五個人點了五碟餸, 份量很大. 我地無叫飯, 但全部清晒. 啫啫芥蘭煲十份惹味芥蘭爽脆, 但沒芥蘭味的. 凍食豬腳仔豬腳仔爽的, 味道帶辣. 豬腳仔, 好細隻, 似乳豬的腳仔. 煎蠔餅香口香脆蠔餅每口有蠔, 不會粉粉的. 蠔大大隻. 好味!蒜香骨排骨里面沒有味道肉質OK, 但較乾身. 炒聖子仔看似走壳似的但聖子壳全在底. 帶辣, 聖子炒得剛好.
