To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過女人街見到個吸睛的霓虹燈牌就入左去試吓。麵賜園由cafe, 麵，小菜雜於一身的餐廳，原來係越興園的分線。好鬼補雞湯麵：有好嫩滑的無骨雞肉，花膠筒，冬菇，同埋唔入味的魚肚，以為湯底有藥膳味🧐 反而我覺得比較清淡。鐡三角蠔蝦蟹海鮮湯麵： 😛蟹係蟹柳，仲有青口；湯底係鮮甜海鮮湯。小食：牛油果蝦多士😋 好大件多士，好脆，但餡多士比例=1:2；多少少餡會好D。飲品試左本地烘焙咖啡&烘焙烏龍，咖啡值得一試。整體上比我想象中清淡。 😙 走健康路線！餐廳遲啲打算開班教虹吸咖啡，鍾意咖啡的人記得留意下。不過原來加下小食，加埋飲品，加一，埋單就$360。價錢唔算太抵。
