To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元朗一直都多野食,今日突然好想食日本野,所以黎試下魚一。餐廳有兩層,樓上都可以坐到幾枱,但唔太大。首先叫左蒜香牛柳粒,份量比想像中多,而且好夠味,重點係牛柳粒軟硬適中,煎得又夠香。另外叫左碗豬軟骨拉麵,湯底略嫌有啲淡,但幼拉麵好爽口,而且豬軟骨都好好食!另外仲叫左南瓜薯餅,新鮮炸出黎,外脆內甜,食唔停!今晚重點就係刺身拼盤(火),有馬糞海膽一板、三文魚、北寄貝、吞拿魚、八爪魚、廣島蠔、赤海蝦、帶子,超級豐富,咁大盤都只係$288!兩個人食都夠哂。個人最鐘意帶子,勁大粒又新鮮!下次會試下其他類別🤤
