Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夏日熱辣辣，除咗想食壽司，涼麵，就係食海南雞啦！海南雞就好多地方都有得食，連快餐店都有。但我就唔會求其搵一間食嘅，我對食都有啲要求下。揀咗呢間主打新加坡和馬來西亞菜嘅餐廳，我就點咗隨心海南雞飯（無骨），雞肉食落都幾滑，雞皮爽彈，飯有啲椰香味。朋友就揀咗馬來炒麵（酸辣味），我都試咗啲，炒得有鑊氣，酸辣味又唔會太濃。我地覺得啲嘢食都幾唔錯。餐有跟飲品，價格都相宜。環境無別特別之處，細細間，但都幾多人流。

揀咗呢間主打新加坡和馬來西亞菜嘅餐廳，

朋友就揀咗馬來炒麵（酸辣味），我都試咗啲，炒得有鑊氣，酸辣味又唔會太濃。


我地覺得啲嘢食都幾唔錯。


餐有跟飲品，價格都相宜。


環境無別特別之處，細細間，但都幾多人流。
