我叫「小火鍋」午巿套餐，首先我唔見個「火鍋」，得碗湯。個tray只係勉強夠擺哂啲嘢入去，碗邊突哂出tray。我坐入面位，個侍應遞個tray俾我拎instead of幫我擺，碗湯向我，不幸地我倒瀉咗。😞個侍應望住我倒到全身都係，叫我自己去櫃桶拎tissue，送咗2張濕紙巾俾我咁大把。服務係咁都算，嗰碗湯倒到我全身都係，我先發現碗嘢根本就唔熱，所以個侍應都懶得問我有冇事！唔止唔係小火鍋，咁樣咪仲衰過一碗過湯麵上，完全唔明湯同麵分開做乜！仲要呢碗嘢由落order計等咗半個鐘以上先到（我哋成枱order 6個小火鍋，到咗4個之後剩返嗰2個隔咗勁耐先到），但我哋見廚房keep住有嘢出其他枱係有鍋架喎。我真係唔能夠理解點解碗咁嘅嘢可以上得枱，侍應解釋話唔夠用具唔夠人，咁你no fancy倒埋一齊一碗湯麵俾我囉，仲慳返個碟！服務咁差，同枱其他人食物就算熱都唔係好味，blacklist啦！
