To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從宋皇臺站開幕後，經常來尋找美食，今晚簡單食個泰菜。泰式煲仔翅好好懷念泰國旅行時的情景，一小煲都足料，翅、蟹肉、元貝，配埋芽菜、芫荽，幾鮮味。泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉每次泰菜必點食物，金邊粉煙韌彈牙，醬汁香甜，加上大量青檸汁，花生碎，口感豐富。鮮菠蘿雞肉炒飯炒飯濕潤，雞肉嫩滑，配上香甜菠蘿、洋蔥香甜，飯更香甜椰汁西米糕拼泰式千層糕西米糕最鍾意椰汁香濃，千層糕較軟身。餐廳職員有泰國人，感覺更地道，今次排隊都食得開心。
