話說,香港越嚟越少大排檔,食肆常都係連鎖集團比較多。帶著80-90年代味的食店,能保留下來,真是很珍貴。今次和家人來到屯門工業區的建榮吃🔥鑊氣小炒。晚飯免收茶價免加一,很良心。招牌菠蘿咕嚕肉簡直係香港人嘅浪漫。先炸豬肉,形成卜卜脆的外殼,再拌酸醋汁。重點是剛起鑊,勁熱勁脆,勁下飯。沙薑豬手炖煮得好軟淋,皮和根腱一咬已經爛開。沙薑味清香,如果想更濃味,可沙薑油浸在豬手中,正🤩砂鍋雲吞雞白切雞有半隻的分量。鮮蝦雲吞真是大粒,娃娃菜煮得軟爛,雞湯真是鮮甜!有得食又有得當湯濕口呢。豉汁龍仔蒸白鱔飯雞蛋炒飯底,上放在大大舊白鱔。白鱔以豆鼓醃料稍入味,再大火蒸。雖然白鱔骨刺較多,但確實是鮮味呀!地址:建榮街32號建榮熟食市場地下C6號舖
