Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 至於班蘭雞尖塔飯,有座山造型嘅班蘭飯好吸引,兩碟嘅雞都好嫩滑。
羊肉沙嗲三串好野味,少少辣而羶味唔重。
烤柚子雞翼嘅柚子味幾重,好味道。
班蘭沙冰嘅班蘭味好出,班蘭愛好者不能錯過。
牛油果沙冰都一樣好入味,椰汁冰好香濃。

終於見識到印尼菜嘅美味,呢餐食得好飽好滿足!🥰
值得一提係顏色主要由綠/黃/啡組成,好有印尼色彩。🧑‍🎨
