今天繼續分享下午茶,但今次的主題比較少見,是同時混合法國風情及地中海風味的「地中海特色下午茶」,而地點則是灣仔寧靜星街內的 Maison ES,氣氛相當一流! 按目前的時間表來看,甜魔家還可飛多2次才離開,但基於多種因素,最夢寐以求的希臘這幾年是去不成了。不要緊!家人永遠是最重要的,去不到地中海小島,能吃上一頓地中海主題下午茶 ($250位/$488兩位) 也不錯,何況這天與久別的朋友也聊得盡興又愉快~特別朋友也有移民傾向,這天更是聊到一發不可收拾,正是「傾到口水乾」,水也喝了好幾杯,然後又分別點了心儀的咖啡/茶(這天我選了 Elderflower Latte 有陣陣接骨木花,挺吸引~),邊喝邊等下午茶來到。 下午茶有5款鹹點,最吸引我是酥皮絲炸蝦伴穆罕默德醬;穆罕默德醬由叙利亞紅辣椒加上核桃醬製成,口味豐富曼妙、吸人入勝,吃完炸蝦後也不妨用 Pita 包點蘸來吃。至於炭烤 Pita 包的原配,其實是牛油果鷹咀泥伴紅石榴, 清新得來又帶酸甜果香,也挺不錯的~其他鹹點還有杜卡脆皮吞拿魚配紅菜頭青瓜沙律、有驚喜的中東蔬菜餅 (Falafei cake) 配茄子沾醬及半乾番茄,還有以小巧夾子

至於炭烤 Pita 包的原配,其實是牛油果鷹咀泥伴紅石榴, 清新得來又帶酸甜果香,也挺不錯的~其他鹹點還有杜卡脆皮吞拿魚配紅菜頭青瓜沙律、有驚喜的中東蔬菜餅 (Falafei cake) 配茄子沾醬及半乾番茄,還有以小巧夾子呈上的摩洛哥雞肉捲餅。

甜點中最有特色是地中海棗及果仁撻:地中海棗即椰棗,有蜂蜜的口感,一個人每天食用6個椰棗就能生存,可見其營養之豐富!製成脆撻,其實又不會太甜,值得一試。香甜小米沙律配大黃菜也是酸咪咪夠開胃,幾款中較甜是杯裝的香濃米布丁慕絲伴番紅花燉香梨及榛子。

而其實下午茶的靈魂角色,是店方自家製的原味及薑橙鬆餅,出品非常熱暖酥脆、牛油香突出但又不會太膩,兩款都非常的好吃,甜魔媽媽及友人都忍不住兩整個吃光了,很飽、很肥但也很滿足!
