To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 餐廳用了Free-Range Egg無圈養雞蛋🥚🥚,雖然無圈養價錢較貴,但好值得大家支持呢個概念。餐廳刻意標榜用了62度的温泉蛋,此溫度可以把温泉蛋保持住超流心狀態,有蛋漿嘅加持,沙津冇咁Dry💦,而且更加容易入囗👍🏻。沙律🥗菜好新鮮,食落爽爽脆脆🌿,加上沙律汁,三文魚碎粒及芝士粉🧀,味道唔寡又清新。

🍴Main: New Zealand Boneless Lamb Shoulder 6oz with Nuts Crust & Curried Yogurt Dressing
於新西蘭無骨羊架🐑上放上焗得香脆的果仁,口感豐富。羊肉食落比較實,但草根期望肉質會更細嫰,整體不過不失吧。旁邊伴碟的薯蓉非常幼滑,野菌香氣濃郁,反而配菜令人更驚喜😋呢!

🍴Pasta: Sous-vide 24-hr Australian Beef Cheek Linguini in Homemade Tomato Sauce ($+38)
草根欣賞這個意粉🍝用上真蕃茄去做醬汁🍅,而於非貪圖快捷濃味而落茄膏。兩者味道會有分別,真蕃茄雖然不及茄膏濃,但亦不會霸道地奪去其他食材的味道👍🏻。另外,意粉煮得剛好,仍保持咬口,大概係小學至初中食飯盒的可怕回憶,草根最怕食到軟腍腍的意粉🤦🏻‍♀️。另一主角牛臉肉用了24小時慢煮的邊法烹調,質感軟腍,不錯喔!

Creme Brulee一如既往地好食🤤,店員幫忙把焦糖布甸焗暖,口感溫和、嫰滑,食落輕鬆,轉眼就被吃清光。

去到Fast Gourmet不得不提他們的主打流心牛角包🥐,今次推左一鹹一甜嘅Limited Edition 版本。

黑熔岩芝麻牛角包
黑芝麻流心牛角包🌚非常貼題嘅一個甜品,切🔪開牛角包🥐芝麻慢慢流出來,黑芝麻味道同芝麻糊有不遑多讓嘅感覺👍🏻,仲有帶芝麻香,感覺不太甜,配上牛角包一齊食感覺剛好😍,不會膩!上次草根姐妹經以好欣賞佢地認真嘅製作,今次仲好佩服佢地勇所嘗試嘅精神!點解草根姐妹咁講?睇埋下面你就知~

🍴Tom Yum Goong ($36)
泰式冬蔭功
因為佢地將冬蔭功加入牛角包做饀料,創意滿分💯嫁。味道就帶少少冬蔭功嘅酸辣🔥,但相比起黑熔岩芝麻,就比較失色。由於,冬蔭功唔太突出,如果味道加強變得更酸辣,就可以突圍而出吧。
