新年前梗係要一家人食團年飯,朋友介紹去元朗食火焰雞,時間分6點同8點兩個時段,早段已滿但又唔想太夜,唯有延遲一星期開餐開餐當日下晝老闆會再打嚟問有冇食過,未食過就會介紹下,個煲有蝦、鮮牛肉、豬潤、新鮮雞連內臟,仲有甘蔗、紅棗、雲耳同蟲草花,如果想加料就要當日下晝落單,唔清楚價錢可以開聲問九個人叫咗兩大鍋,每鍋夠4-5人食,朋友提議要加蟹會鮮味啲,但有一半人都病咗,唔想改期先頂硬上,只係叫咗兩隻蟹、兩磅肥牛、皇帝菜、油炸鬼六點前已準時到達,坐戶外打邊爐都幾有風味,食完又唔會成身打邊爐味!未人齊伙計會問幾時到,因開鑊都要過20分鐘先食得,每一鍋倒一支孖蒸再點火,煮既時候真係會有火焰包住,未開蓋已經聞到好香老闆話係食新鮮材料,果然冇呃人,每一樣都食到本身既鮮味,食既時候唔好加咁多水,雞肉海鮮慢慢迫出湯汁,蔗都食埋,最後加個白飯吸收精華,叫埋汽水啤酒埋單每人260有找,真係絕對超值

老闆話係食新鮮材料,果然冇呃人,每一樣都食到本身既鮮味,食既時候唔好加咁多水,雞肉海鮮慢慢迫出湯汁,蔗都食埋,最後加個白飯吸收精華,叫埋汽水啤酒埋單每人260有找,真係絕對超值
