To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 然後有 蜜餞叉燒皇併燒腩仔 Honey-glazed barbecued Pork and Roasted Crispy Pork Belly,這裡的叉燒,曾是心目中的最好,但可能給 Mott 32 寵壞了味蕾,現覺得不錯但未到頂級。

燒腩仔就很香口吸引了,皮清脆、肥瘦相間又不會太鹹,引得識食妹妹不斷喊「我仲要」!!!

對了,國金軒的湯水也不錯,這天每人一大盅 海底椰海螺豬腱 Pork Soup with Sea Coconut and Sea Conch,成品鮮甜熱熨,在那陰雨天飲下去滋補舒服極了,妹妹也吃了不少湯渣~

然後我們有幸可品嚐 2015美食之最大賞「蒸肉餅組」至高榮譽金獎的 金勾梅菜蒸肉餅 Dried Shrimp Steamed with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetable,一見這以腐皮包裹的肉餅,我忍不住想:白飯呢?原來真的不需要,因為肉餅的調味頗輕,吃的是梅菜及樸實豬肉交錯的口味,加上頂層的金勾蝦乾及子薑粒,滋味更見豐富而清新,難怪是得獎名菜!

另一勇奪 2015美食之最大賞「菇菌及時蔬組」金獎的是 艷羨 Mushrooms and Vegetables Combination,美如畫的蔬菜併盤,其實是由蘿蔔、露筍、炸芋角、黑松露及少量豬肉組合併成,多款蔬菜清甜,輕怡沒多少負擔,十分適合夏日享用。

押尾有 砂窩瑤柱雞粒炒飯 Casserole of Braised Rice with Diced Chicken and Dried Scallop,飯粒充分吸收瑤柱及雞粒的鮮香肉味,美味不得了,妹妹不客氣吃了半碗之多呢!

不不不,原來旁邊那手表是由朱古力所製,醒目的朱古力妹妹亦很快洞察到真相,將手表直往小咀裡送,吃得津津有味!至於中間的 華麗歐陸 Renaissance Moment 陀錶,外層則是40%白朱古力、中間有細滑香濃抹茶慕絲,再加上芒果醬、青檸及椰子脆餅而成;白朱古力外層很清脆、但比較甜膩,當襯上抹茶慕絲及其他配料,頓時變得清新起來,很好吃!甜點於 COCO 發售,定價 $48。

其實,酒店 Room 1 酒吧也有供應 Salon de TE 特別版雞尾酒(按此),不過已經暈暈地,又帶著妹妹沒嘗了。這個展區會開放到9月12日,今個週末有時間就去看看吧~
