To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 烹煮海鮮最好就是清蒸,保持原汁原味。 懂吃的,當然知道野生海鮮比養殖的更美味更矜貴,在香港可以吃到野生海鮮的店舖不多,所以我會選擇蟹仙。尊貴海鮮套餐$449已經有九款海鮮,包括野生膏仔蟹和野生龍蝦,蟹膏特別多,嫩滑甘香。非常新鮮,肉質也特別爽口彈牙,帶有海水咸味,啖啖滋味。 罕有的太平洋饅頭蟹,市場上很難找到,外型有點可愛,肉質細滑甜美。如果想吃比較多肉的龍蝦,選澳洲青年龍蝦就更加滋味。望着每道海鮮即席蒸煮,熱騰騰的很吸引,台灣九孔鮑魚、日本野生大赤蝦、大西洋野生青口、大元貝、黃金翡翠螺、韓國斧山珍珠蠔亦相當高質,逐樣品嚐,鮮味接鮮味,很棒!有機蔬菜很香甜,高纖健康。鍋底的粟米芋頭排骨粥更是精華所在,全部吃清光。餐後還贈送了椰汁雪燕,完滿啊!套餐以每位定價,就算一個人也可以獨享,獨自快樂。
