一風堂我已經食過好多次,就算去幾次我總有一餐係食佢既,係超級忠實fans啦!今日放假見好耐冇黎食面,所以係下午3點左右就黎食啦,入到黎見到餐牌有新既店長推介,黑椒鐵板牛舌,見賣相幾吸引所以叫左一份,同埋必食既特制赤丸拉面,再黎一個生啤🥰🥰拉面一到,我最開始係用筷子夾起少少拉面入面既糖心蛋蛋黃食,個種半生熟既口感真係無法抵擋🤤🤤🤤,然後將紫菜浸入湯度再夾黎食,吸收左豬骨湯既紫菜好濃郁!之後加入生蒜,辣芽菜,撈埋夾埋面一齊食,因為我食拉面好鍾意叫超硬面,食到最後啲面都唔會變到太淋影響口感,生蒜蓉同辣芽菜既辣味加埋面好夾,變得好野味。拉面入面既叉燒係用左豬柳肉用低温烹調既方法制作,所以唔會好似熱水烚肉咁乾憎憎。仲有青蔥, 木耳,黑蒜油同埋少少既辣肉醬,木耳好爽口唔會淋,黑蒜油增加左豬骨湯既香味,基本上食完一碗拉面已經好滿足啦。🥰🥰不過對比返,係日本食既一風堂拉面湯底比香港店比較淡,香港店湯底比較濃,所以有朋友覺得佢會好鹹,哩方面改善下會更受歡迎呢!👍黑椒鐵板牛舌分量同想像差唔多,食落既口感有啲似豬頸肉,雖然係切得薄但好有彈性好爽口,加上個汁有少少酸味令人好開胃,送酒一流!👍因為之前每個星期都

因為之前每個星期都會黎食所以做埋會員,
已經係bari super級會員啦,所以每次黎食面都會有一個印花,儲夠6個就免費一碗拉面,而且3點係叫啤酒買一送一,好低食!👍
