To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金鐘萬豪酒店的自助午餐和晚餐我都已經食過好幾次了，一直都覺得質素非常之好，而下午茶自助餐便是我今次第一次吃，竟然沒有令我失望，甚至是喜出望外。下午茶自助餐無論是熱食或甜品款式都很多，而大部份食物都很好吃。甜品方面很精緻又不會太甜，味道很好，連平時甚少吃甜食的我今次也吃了不少。至於熱食方面，款式都算很多，令我意外的是竟然有乳鴿，而且還源源不絕地供應，另外是有肉眼扒，肉眼扒雖然是細細件，但是質素甚至比某些五星級酒店切肉檔的西冷或肉眼扒還更加好，這點是我意料之外，還有是清酒煮蜆，很大隻，最後的亮點是鮮蝦水餃，皮很薄，蝦很好，我竟然吃了四大隻。估不到下午茶自助餐竟然有這麼多東西吃，又好味，環境又舒服，服務好，實在是太滿足了！
