To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 鑊仔牛柳既火喉控制得幾好,可能係七成熟既關係,所以肉質好諗,切開個時仲有小小肉汁,十分juicy!.薯角表現正常,雖然唔係即炸,但外層都唔會太硬,點埋茄汁食就岩岩好。.美中不足既係意粉,白烚既意粉配埋跟餐既燒汁一齊食,味道都係好單調,如果店家花點心思,先用茄汁煮一煮意粉,味道或會更佳。📍之前試過呢間餐廳既其他牛扒午餐,價錢雖然平十蚊左右($5x),但是肉貿偏韌,無鑊仔牛柳咁諗,所以大家去食個時記得留意啦!
