Weekday喺銅鑼灣想食個有些少質素又唔太貴嘅set lunch, 都真係要搵搵。一路bookmark咗呢間,又咁多個,就試吓啦⋯⋯兩個人冇book位,12:45到,一入去,見到大概已有八、九張枱已入座但係全部都未有嘢食,心驚驚會唔會放完lunch都未有嘢食,不過出面落大雨費事再搵,就入啦⋯⋯我叫咗個沙律,medium cook 嘅Steak, 我個friend 叫咗個湯(是日係粟米湯),Chicken Thigh 。望住個open kitchen 都知道唔會快上菜,因為只見到一個廚,好淸楚見到佢好忙... 十幾分鐘之後前菜到,個沙律雖則冇咩驚喜,但啲菜都好爽脆,好新鮮,我個friend話湯唔錯,飲到有好濃郁嘅粟米,食到有粟米蓉,好homemade👍🏻之後終於有多一兩廚幫手,出菜亦快番啲... 十幾分鐘後上主菜,個steak 肉質幼嫩,有肉汁,仲要係好有grill 味、炭燒味,再配上新鮮炸嘅番薯條,正👍🏻。個friend嘅chicken thigh肉質就冇想像中咁滑,好一般。我以為餐飲喺topup要加錢先有,但原來都包埋,咁嘅價錢,OK 喎!整體來講唔算,不過因為open kitch
