To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我已經有一年時間冇嚟幫襯,知道所有食物由中央廚房供應,沒關係,我要求好簡單,最重要食物一定要熱,今次叫咗4欵點心,一碟炒麵,炒麵正常,山竹牛肉球,蒸得時間過長,梳打粉落得太重手,薑蔥牛柏葉,牛柏葉少得可憐,豬皮蘿蔔,溫度微暖,鮮蝦炸春卷,百份百凍冰冰,咁嘅出品,唔上深圳都唔得啦,我到場時間係15:10分,睇到全場只得3份1食客,心知不妙
