從來都唔會寫食評,今次第覺得真係不吐不快。成日都想來試呢間私房菜館食晚飯,加上朋友熟客介紹,今次專登預早book位同加拿大番嚟度假嘅屋企人去試,重提早揸車過海去九龍城搵位泊。滿心期待,點知每食一道菜,中伏嘅感覺就越來越強烈,最後決定快快脆脆食咗六道菜cut loss走人- 招牌貴妃醬蟶子皇($28兩):唔惹味冇鑊氣之餘,個聖子重要唔熱,同夥計反映,攞返入去翻炒,超冇癮- 咕嚕肉:份量少,個汁唔夠酸甜,得個脆字,唔多食到肉味又薄- 柑桔蜜蝦餅: 蝦膠算唔錯,彈牙,但係個汁似韓國柚子蜜,同蝦餅唔多夾- 沙薑雞半隻($268): 賣相完全唔吸引,切到歪歪斜斜,肉質又乾,難聽啲講好似隔夜咁。食到碟底唔知點解見到一舊好似煲過湯嘅金華火腿碎,仲要發現雞翼上面有條頭髮,呢個價錢唔太合理。- 豉油王豬扒:肉質好差,好奇怪,霖到不得了。完全唔似食緊豬肉, 唔知係咪鬆肉粉嘅威力。- 豉汁煎釀三寶:冇特別,只係用咗蝦膠。最後一行六人再去清真牛肉館食過晚餐補返満足😋奉勸如果唔係熟客,請有心理準備😓
