去日本你問朕感覺最好係食乜嘢,朕諗都離不開水產,但未必係刺身因為朕鍾意食燒海鮮

每次行完街就要諗下究竟去邊度食飯好。突然諗起上次食鳥居居,佢好似開咗間姊妹店,就等朕去試吓先!


As usual, 佢哋嘅刺身拼盤永遠都係咁大碟,新鮮基本上係唔洗講啦,而且肉地真係非常厚!


味噌蟹甲羅燒係日本都有試過烤嚟食,但加番隻暗春蛋又真係幾特別。


鰻魚飯朕成日食,但係其實朕對烤白鱔情有獨鍾,尤其是係烤到脆卜卜果隻,火烤嘅感覺係零舍唔同,真係有少少似備長炭燒出嚟嗰種口感!


如果想食多少少海產,活帆立貝係朕不二之選。大大隻嘅貝殼, 直程大過支波板糖。


燒左兩三分鐘後,帆立貝嘅鮮味開始出嚟,唔講真係以為去咗Busan.
食完海產都要食返啲陸地行嚟行去嘅動物,所以朕點左一個和牛壽喜燒。和牛嘅油脂分布明顯呈雪花紋路,非常均勻。


壽喜燒嘅汁甜甜地,非常容易入口。加上有個野菜盛盒,熱辣辣好似打邊爐咁,啱晒依家凍冰冰嘅天氣。
食完呢一餐咁豐富嘅晚餐,又令朕回想起日本的烤海鮮,想快啲再去遊東洋了...
