To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天早上到了潻好運點心專門店。顧名思義,是專門供點心的茶餐廳式經營,賣點是落單後即叫即做點心,需時15-20分鐘。不過人客也不會久坐,吃完便走。這裡不講究茶香水熱,一律供應銻茶壺很快水已不熱,所以茶錢只收三蚊一位。點心無論是蒸的炸的,上枱時都是新鮮出爐熱騰騰的。各樣點心的味道亦調得不錯,出品有保證。豉汁蒸鳳爪,微微辣味帶起豉汁味道,鳳爪爽腍花生入味。家鄉鹹水角,能感覺到是由熱鍋撈起不久的炸物,外脆內滑溜,饀料味美。金銀蛋瘦肉粥,食入口便知非米糊開的,是煲的有米粥,不錯。煎臘味蘿蔔糕,糕身雖軟但仍煎得金黃無散爛,吃到蘿蔔粒臘味不濃。 蜜汁叉燒腸,腸粉軟滑不會硬身,叉燒則較韌。兩個人叫了五籠點心,加埋茶錢埋單$106。
