To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己一支弓出街通常都係食粉麵，所以揀咗雲桂香。湯底選擇都係同其他差不多，酸辣、麻辣、清湯，不過雲桂香就仲有熱/涼拌同一些特定選擇(如成條魚上的魚湯米線或蟲草花雞湯米線)。價錢比另外的連鎖米線店略貴一點。如果叫3餸就差不多50蚊了，所以變咗叫蟲草花雞湯米線，上枱嗅到一點酒味，喝湯時酒味唔算濃，應該無乜味精，食完唔覺好口渴，湯面見到有少少雞油。碗內除了雞件和蟲草花，還有些生菜、薑絲及幾粒杞子，感覺好似幾補。米線份量幾多，不過我唔太鍾意，因為覺得唔夠淋。淥耐少少價好d。
