醬汁揀咗夏威夷傳統嘅辣味蛋黃醬,微辣之中帶點酸甜,唔會蓋過魚生本身嘅味道,反而令成個飯更加開胃。配料仲有脆脆嘅紫菜絲同芝麻,增加咗唔同層次嘅口感。
最欣賞係佢哋嘅壽司飯,煮得軟硬適中,仲帶點醋香,同所有材料撈勻一齊食,真係每一啖都充滿驚喜。熱辣辣嘅日子食呢個清新嘅魚生飯,感覺特別舒服,又唔會太飽滯。
雖然係快餐形式,但係食材嘅質素同配搭絕對有心思。如果想食啲輕盈得嚟又夠飽肚嘅午餐,呢度真係個唔錯嘅選擇。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
