通常慶祝結婚周年正常會喺兩公婆過二人世界咁慶祝,不過,我哋對呢啲嘅感覺唔喺咁強,反而,喺搵呢啲藉口同屋企人食番餐。就喺咁,藉呢個理由,搵埋姨仔一齊出尖沙咀食番餐。揀咗「海南少爺」,其中一個原因喺可以儲吓理數,其次,我哋本身都鍾意食星馬菜。從門面已知,環境比較簡約,以黑白為主調,餐枱亦以二人或四人為主,雖然喺賣星馬菜,但無咩南洋風情,卻偏向較為中式。而我哋訂枱無特別註明,卻安排坐晌最後面近窗嘅四人枱,正正有個大維港景睇吓。再睇睇枱上嘅餐牌同餐具,唔翻開餐牌嘅話,仲以為喺嚟食中菜喔。由於本餐牌頗大又厚身,頁數多,比較難影,所以,今次就無影個餐牌俾大家參考,但圖文並茂,喺方便到食客。不過,就提提佢哋少少收費,如茶芥每位$8,餐前小食就$12碟,免切餅費……得等。講開茗茶,唔喺普通嘅香片、普洱嘅中式茶,茶味中滲出少少荔枝味,感覺頗特別。熱羅漢果龍眼蜜 $28佢哋呢度有好多星馬特飲供應,冷熱都有,如鮮檸薏米甘蔗汁、、美祿哥斯拉、香茅薑母茶……等等。我哋就揀咗一壺「熱羅漢果龍眼蜜」,貪天氣乾燥飲呢啲就夠潤,果然入口好清潤,非常有龍眼嘅清香。餐前小食 $12唔喺咩花生之類平嘢,而喺近年特別熱門咗嘅炸

沙嗲嘅款式有牛、豬、雞、羊,而且,每種肉類又會有一、兩款部位選擇。不過,最好喺揀拼盤,6串嘅可以任揀兩款($82),12串嘅就可以揀4款($148)。我哋得3個人,就梗喺揀6串啦,串串沙嗲都燒得好靚仔,伴上大大碟沙嗲醬。

雖然喺叫星洲,但就唔喺好識跟潮州嗰啲有咩分別,我諗可能喺配咗啲新加坡辣醬及魚露。啲蠔餅既大個,又厚身,甚具蛋香,而蠔肉飽滿大粒,用料無欺場,最緊要喺煎得唔會太油吖嘛

最後,搭一道粉麵作結,實夠晒飽飽啦!星馬粉麵當然首推喇沙,食整都咁鍾意,其實呢道菜好多星馬餐廳都做得好。而「少爺」嘅「新加坡海鮮椰香喇沙」同樣做得出色,賣相更特別將啲餸料排得整整齊齊,兼且好豐富,有鮮蝦、炸魚片、魷魚、豆卜及雞蛋。

無諗過啲生菜包都食得人幾飽,而喇沙亦比預期大份量,所以,食完晒所點嘅菜式,大家都話好飽食唔落其他嘢,故此,雖然有唔少甜品供選擇,但都喺食唔落。最後埋單都喺$550,都幾抵食,加上又儲到少少飛行里數添
