海景嘉福洲際酒店, 前身海景假日,後改為洲際集團旗下另一更高級品牌洲際管理,( 其他品牌包括麗晶、假日、智選假日、皇冠假日、金普頓、英迪格….) 酒店內的意大利菜絕對配得起一個星級廚師。(是晚手機沒電, 借用手機效果可能不太理想。)是晚餐單整體來說用餐體驗, 除了一早上的麵包籃已放凍外,其他食品質數算中級以上, 主菜西冷無論肉質、火喉、味道更是令人回味無窮。 至於服務的而且確扣咗啲分,不知道是否因為疫情關係,餐廳上班員工減少,服務質素下降,並非說服務員沒有禮貌,而是人手不足,眼所見到服務員滿場飛,我們兩次添水要主動提出,有些枱客人已離座,亦沒時間收拾檯面。這個是偶有之問題, 還是管理層安排失當,有時一餐飯,除咗食材、味道、 境觀、裝修、價錢定位、服務質素不只是禮貌,還有更多無數的小細節結合,才會令到客戶有一份完整完美的用餐體驗。( 現場不止一張沒有收拾的枱)食物賣相=(滿分20) 16食物味道=(滿分20) 17服務質素=(滿分20) 10裝修整潔=(滿分20) 16性價比率=(滿分10) 8 ( 是次用優惠套票) 回頭指數=(滿分10) 7總評分(滿分100)74分
