係夜上海訂左六點檯(註:餐廳六點先開),入到去,好快已經有人帶位
一行四人,坐卡位;但係卡位好迫... 身型唔肥既我地,攝入去卡位都有少少吃力,不過坐落都幾舒服,最貼心既地方,就係卡位旁既支柱有掛外套既勾!都想得幾周到!

先黎四位明前龍井($48位都幾貴),不過屋企人人鍾意飲茶,一次半次,無緊要啦!茶葉完正,一倒出黎就有龍井既清香,全晚加左起碼六七次水,依然好有茶味!

今次主力講食物:

頭盤:
齊菜豆腐羹(小):因為想試晒兩個我地好鍾意既湯羹,所以只叫細 size.齊菜通常只係杭州上海菜會見到,不過呢個有少少失望:無咩齊菜,得豆腐,但味道還可以
砂鍋雲吞雞(小):好味!雞煲得好 "林" 但都仲有雞味;雲吞細細粒,一口一隻,仲有幾條白菜仔!
鎮江肴肉:唔會太膩,做得幾出色;沾埋鎮江醋,讚!!
無錫脆鱔:D 鱔好似炸過頭,食唔出鱔既味道;只係有少少甜酸味,有 D 失望
醉雞:好明顯係隻雞蒸好左,再淋酒係碟內;雞係嫩滑,皮彈牙,不過真係唔覺有酒味入到雞肉

主菜:
紅燒獅子頭:整體唔錯,獅子頭肉嫩,有酒香;不過有 D 散;冬菰好香好 "林";菜膽係好 "林",但好明顯係先煮好再加入煲內(菜入面無肉汁既味道)
炒年糕:味道尚可!唯一問題係佢同好多上海店一樣,年糕偏甜:係炒得好 "林" 但係成碟入面肉絲同菜真係少得過份

乾 "扁" 竹筍四季豆:呢個真係好好味!竹筍非常鮮嫩,又爽脆!四季豆亦好翠綠!加左炸菜粒煮,惹味!!
賽膀蟹:好好味!蛋白炒得好嫩滑,仲有唔少瑤柱絲,加少少鎮江醋,個鮮味即刻已經出晒黎!食到唔停口!
小籠包:最期待既小籠包小籠包,最後先出!!!!皮薄又唔易穿,一啖一隻,汁好多,肉亦幾嫩,令我地個個都想再食多客!!!

甜品
桂花酒釀丸子:我至愛既甜品!!!一上檯已經有好香既桂花味!可惜丸子略嫌大粒左同埋明顯係一條糯米粉條用刀切小粒(而唔係用 "雛" 既方法整);味道係可以既!

服務幾周到!上菜亦快同準
我地係無錫脆鱔入面見到有條頭髮,個部長都連忙道歉,話可以幫我地換,態度好好;但最後我地都無換到(真係好小事嗟!)
