To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚大約9點去到LA. 以為要等好耐, 點知等都唔洗等!! 可能因為我地得二個人入面其實都幾迫, 我地叫左一個香酥雞扒面同一個香酥排骨面, 好明顯雞扒同排骨的炸法係好唔同的. 雞扒係油好多的 . 比較真係似台灣的鹽酥雞(但當然差好遠, 台灣果D濃味好多). 雞扒好脆, D雞好滑, 都幾大份下, 但係層皮好易同雞肉分離, 排骨係一塊豬扒, 體積無雞扒咁大, 又無雞扒咁油, 略為有D乾, 值得讚的係佢層炸皮唔厚, 又脆, 但係凍左之後就唔好食了, 個面同湯底都無咩特別個湯有D蔥粒同肉躁, 清清地咁同油膩的炸雞幾夾無叫到野飲, 因為都幾貴下, 十幾蚊一杯,食油炸野最好有杯豆漿!食食下的途中, 有店員倒捨一碗湯, D湯重彈左我條褲到, 好彩佢地都有幫我沬返同埋道歉
