To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台式珍珠奶茶系香港既旺區一條街閒閒地有幾間,要keep 住排隊人龍就一定要迎合香港人的「咀尖」。今日(星期二)下午兩點幾,食肆人潮已散,轉入厚福街,見小黑糖仍有人排隊,雖久仰大名但未曾賞過,於是買左杯最大路的黑糖珍珠奶茶($30)試吓。不愧叫小黑糖!黑糖味突出,甜且蜜帶有焦香味,比糖精的味道高級、滋味、甜而不膩。珍珠也加入黑糖,軟糯、有咬口。用成本較高的鮮奶而不用奶精,奶鮮味是人造的化學劑所缺的。很多人覺得小黑糖份量略小,不過,少食多滋味,少少吾夠喉可能令人更回味😋況且,為健康著想,高脂含糖飲料都係淺酌為佳。不得不提既系,呢間小黑糖有野飲有野買!我都買左個寫左「I am Hongkonger 我係香港人」既杯墊同手機座。呢間店賣既系台式口味,但店舖嘅精神係好地道既香港本土文化,亦毫不掩飾及宣示年青世代既愛港之情,艱苦與共,知道路難行但仍會持守下去,同路人,共勉之!
