今次要介紹嘅係位於天后嘅台式餐廳嘅台灣郎，好耐冇食台灣菜而依到有自選Special Set夠曬靈活，所以就決定去試下。Taiwan Lang is a Taiwanese restaurant located at Tin Hau. It provides special lunch sets with flexible options.◾️Special Set $66前菜、主菜、飯或粉都可以選擇，我哋就選擇咗薯蓉沙拉、豬軟骨同魯肉飯。薯蓉沙拉將薯仔分別整成蓉同切粒，入面仲混入咗蘿蔔，提升沙拉嘅層次感，而且加咗蛋令到沙拉食完都唔會覺得滯。店家聲稱豬軟骨經過慢煮七十二小時，肉味係冇咩問題，但係咬落都仲係覺得硬同韌，用作伴菜嘅蘿蔔比豬軟骨仲好食，唔知係咪因為午飯時段質素有些下滑嘅關係，總之肉質就已經令人好失望。魯肉飯值得欣賞同個人較喜歡嘅係肉粒相比係其他地方大，而且肥瘦分佈平均，但係個汁始終較膩，食咗好少就已經好有飽足感，如果可以有多啲醃瓜作伴菜有助解膩則更佳。個Set仲包一杯餐飲，我哋就選擇咗薑母茶，質素都唔差。整體而言，係一個抵食嘅Set，有機會會再去試下唔同嘅菜式。For the l

For the lunch set, customers could choose their combination of appetizer, main course and rice or noodle. We have chosen potato salad, pork cartilage and minced pork rice as our lunch set. For the potato salad, potatoes are presented in both forms of mashed and sliced, the layering is further strengthened through adding carrots, the texture of salad is lightened by adding a suitable amount of egg. For the pork cartilage, the demerit of stiff texture outweighs the flavour of the sauce and the cartilage itself, which is quite disappointing for such a signature dish of this restaurant. For the minced pork rice, despite the greasiness of the sauce, both pork's size and fat ratio are performing well. Adding with more sourness flavour such as pickles could help to reduce the greasiness of the dish. Overall, the lunch set is in high cost performance ratio, which is recommended.
