張公館位於Sogo隔離, 盡享地理優勢。張公館走高檔路線, 盡享180度維港美景, 食物及點心出品都頗有心思, 用料上乘, 所以價錢都會比坊間酒樓貴少少, 近期佢哋推出慶祝3週年, 午市點心有七折優惠, 即刻帶貴賓來享用, 提早慶中秋。食物多樣化, 貴價嘅鮑參翅肚及價錢較便宜點心都有, 仲有林林種種嘅中式燉湯及小菜。鐵板西班牙黑毛豬叉燒 ($338)點解咁想呢張公館? 咪就係為咗斬大舊叉燒囉佢地用黑毛豬製作叉燒, 鐵板上枱, 包保熱辣辣香噴噴出場, 下面還用了蜜糖豆墊底吸汁。半肥瘦黑毛豬, 好香口,入口腍滑肥美, 係我食咗幾十年叉燒最香+軟的叉燒, 叉燒醬味道香甜,  唔知係咪醃過夜,叉燒醬好入味,低下的蜜糖豆更正,吸了叉燒嘅油香及汁醬汁嘅香甜,本身白豆有少少咬口,好似食緊叉燒版嘅蠔油焗豆,好味張公館菠蘿酥皮叉燒包 ($38.40/7折)佢嘅酥皮唔係蛋撻嗰隻酥皮, 係薄薄一層脆口包皮,叉燒包裏面卻非常鬆軟, 叉燒香軟口感及味道很像佢哋嘅黑毛豬叉燒, 叉燒汁唔係放得好多, 所以叉燒包吃起來比較乾身, 咬一口內脆內軟嘅叉燒包,  香甜滋味, 佢哋嘅叉燒無論係醬汁及叉燒嘅香軟度確實係冇得頂。
