「過去十八歲沒戴錶,不過有時間。」要捉緊生活節奏,每一秒都係好珍貴,尤其是人愈黎愈大,每一朝起身望到鏡都會好驚,皺紋會唔會逐漸係皮膚深層醞釀緊。所以趁自己有本錢有時間,當然要搵更多好西出黎,而家唔食唔通老左周身病痛,到時你想食,醫生都唔比你食啦。今次我就同朋友一齊黎到旺角呢間新開既「深宵食堂」,佢地係銅鑼灣早就設有總店,而呢間旺角分店就係新裝修既「Ladder Dundas」。一落車就係,相當就腳。餐廳裝潢好新淨,天花佈置得幾有心思,有好多和式花花傘,另一邊仲有一排Figure,好切合返日本放工族收工黎食宵夜既情節。👇📌甲羅燒 - $78/1份👉黎到既時侯店員已分別將鵪鶉蛋、蟹膏、蟹肉、味噌攪勻再放係蟹蓋裡面,面頭上灑上蟹籽。甲羅燒賣相向來都好精緻,今次呢到多左少少玩法,係底層加左幾塊烘過既多士,比你一用做多士餡料,夾埋一齊食會更加惹味。咁就可以中和返蟹膏既濃味,相對唔會覺得偏鹹。📌一口牛 - $68/2串👉話明一口牛梗係要一啖一粒咁先過癮咖麻,呢到既牛肉燒得有焦香味,食落幾爽口,質感唔會過腍,證明火侯控制得唔錯。牛肉味適中,肉汁仲係返到,唔錯。📌燒羊柳 - $72/2串👉因為今次羊肉

👉因為今次羊肉串用既係羊柳部位,肉質明顯比平時食開更加嫩滑。
而羊肉味道唔算好羶,加埋必定既孜然粉組合相當夾。香濃既油香每一啖都非常邪惡!
