To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到中環soho區呢間百年老字號「蛇王芬」,一探佢百年屹立不倒既秘密由內裏裝潢已經可以睇得出佢既年紀,好有以期香港地餐廳既風味呢到成日上新聞、報紙,今日終於可以黎呢到試下除左食蛇羹之外,呢度既粵菜好多都好出名、出色先黎個靚燉湯,海底椰雪梨蘋果豬𦟌湯,一放低個下已經聞到勁香,飲落好甜好潤喉,蘋果亦煲得勁淋,好好食西檸雞,炸粉唔會好厚,外面薄薄一層脆皮,包住入面鮮嫩多汁既滑雞,仲要勁入味之餘唔會好酸,食落酸酸甜甜,好開胃、好餸飯橙酒香橙骨,用左Cointreau黎煮,平時飲酒就用得多,估唔到呢到可以中西合壁整到一道菜出黎香橙骨食落仲有少少橙酒既甘香,比起平時食開個啲多左一層風味,好正!蛇王芬開到咁多年真係唔話得,野食一流,名不虛傳,希望可以繼續傳承落去!
