To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又黎返依間餐廳食

琴日去左海洋公園，搵返上次食果間餐廳—海洋冰室。雖然唔記得價錢，但係記得環境舒服，冷氣夠涼(有好多户外餐廳，價錢百幾蚊)因為琴日太熱，一定要搵間冷氣夠涼既餐廳休息下！一入到餐廳，客人數量唔係好多，我地五個人，安排左卡位比我地坐。食物價錢大約都係百零蚊，主題樂園既餐廳價錢都係咁上下，我見到有d要300蚊tim！最後我叫左碟乾炒牛河($148) ，有葱，芝麻，洋蔥，炒得好深色，好夠味，又唔會過咸過油，幾香，唔會太細碟，一人食都ok。
