To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再次被餃子所吸引 難怪自己係餃子控山東餃子店有3間分店 依間應該算新啲？外面裝修睇落唔錯 入面都多枱 有長枱同圓枱 擺設幾有中國氣息自己落單叫咗個韭黃蝦仁餃配上海麵套餐 ($42)另加雞絲 (+$8)飲品要熱檸水 (+$2)賣相幾好 望落豐富份量大 啲餃子大大隻 麵都好多湯底係豬肉湯 清淡得黎又有味👍🏻勝在天然冇味精 亦唔油原先以為韭黃蝦仁餃會冇豬肉 點知原來係豬肉再加一隻蝦仁🥟餃子相對冇咁好食 餡料份量正常 豬肉有豬肉味 不過唔知點解好似唔夠juicy 乾咗啲 🦐蝦仁亦唔新鮮 完全冇蝦味 唔夠爽反而有啲硬 韮黃直頭冇味不過佢個餃子皮幾好食嘅 厚度適中 唔易爛 個邊幾煙韌至於上海麵一開始一舊咁 要自己整鬆佢🍜麵質幼身 以為會係好淋嗰啲點知食落又幾好食雖然唔可以話佢好煙韌 但係質感幾特別 似拉麵同米線混合體 比較黏身唔會一夾就斷 好令人回味嘅口感最後講吓雞絲🐓雞絲係手撕雞 真係見到一條條食落超淋 而且幾香雞油味 應該用新鮮雞整已經起曬皮同滑配麵食就啱曬-整體味道幾好 上海麵好味 唔太識形容佢嘅口感 不過真係幾得意唯一餃子唔算出色 起餃子專門店黎講未到位餐廳環境比較細 位子少少逼 坐得冇咁

賣相幾好 望落豐富
份量大 啲餃子大大隻 麵都好多
湯底係豬肉湯 清淡得黎又有味👍🏻勝在天然冇味精 亦唔油

衛生有待改善 啲餐具就咁放起枱冇摭蓋 任由客人摸/自取 萬一上手咳就被污染了🤭而且人手唔夠 成人冇人抹枱
服務態度差少少 都係因為唔夠人手 個姐姐語氣唔好 又成日冇人認你 落個單都等咗陣先有人認...
Cp值就唔錯 依個價錢同份量黎講幾抵食 冇加一
