黑松露意式焗螺絲粉 配 天婦羅甜薯 ($178)
Oven Baked Veggie Fusilli with Black Truffle Sauce, Served with Sweet Potato Tempura(HKD178)

和薄餅有著相近的美味方程式,黑松露的香味,加上焗芝士的層次感,味道也是十分好;另外有甜薯,香脆香甜,但感覺和焗螺絲粉不太配合。

宇治抹茶之旅 (+$30)/ 椰香紫薯千層班戟 (+$25)
Uji Matcha Warbai Mochi, Jelly & Ice Cream, Pandan Coconut Crepe Cake (HKD25)

紫薯和上回的班蘭相比,更香更歞奶滑;宇治抹茶之旅視覺效果十足,特別是蕨餅,既涼快又有嚼勁,份量也十足,雖然雪糕未至頂級,不過已經值得推介!

今次是一個相當特別的體驗,素食種類和菜式也十分豐富,值得推介。
