申子飯($88),用蛋白打成雲狀,賣相係幾特別,將蛋黃汁撈埋飯一齊食真係好滑,口感較清淡,可以加飯素紫菜既配料食落更加惹味。三重芝士吉列千層豚肉($228),熱辣辣上菜d芝士已經湧緊出來,夾起有超強芝士拉絲效果,簡直令人流口水,外層皮好簿好鬆脆,而且唔油膩,內裏熱辣辣既豚肉,溫馨一提,一定要趁熱盡快食,否則芝士凍左會固定變硬,口感冇咁好食。明太子芝士山藥($58),上層係經過火炙燒過既軟綿綿芝士,下層雖然不知係咩食材,賣相似籮白,但口感咬落比籮白更加爽口。軟芝士黑豚卷($32/每串),用豚肉包住芝士去燒,肉汁滲入芝士到,鐘意食芝士既一定食唔停口。極上塩燒牛舌芯($108),切成菱形一口牛舌,方便食用,仲係厚切有咬口,牛舌既獨特油脂香味出晒黎,我覺得淨係加少少塩已經好好味,此菜式亦提供自家調製醬料,我試過有少少柚子既味道。手打免治雞肉棒($45/每串),雞肉棒點落個醬油雞蛋汁好滑,而且冇咁熱氣,入面食到有咬口既口感,相信應該係加入左雞軟骨。
