To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到九龍城回味吓呢間泰國菜

自從佐敦嘅分店結業之後，我已經好少去黃珍珍食飯喇，今日去開九龍城行街，見到呢間咁大間嘅黃珍珍，好想去回味一下，所以就同朋友揀咗呢度食晚飯，以前佐敦分店仲喺度嘅時候，因為近返工所以經常都會去食，而且次次都會食嗰幾味，因為真係好好食。其中一味係泰式生蝦，佢做嘅生蝦係特別精緻，除咗爽口之外，佢仲加咗啲類似乾冰嘅物體，令到佢有一陣就煙霧出嚟，好似仙境咁樣。另外個羊架又係非常之正幾乎次次都會叫，好香好有咬口。另外仲有菠蘿炒飯啦，炒得好香，同埋幾個人食嘅時候，就會叫個冬陰功湯，因為兩個人有一煲就真係太大啦，三四個人有呢就啱啱好，仲有滿到瀉嘅芒果沙冰啦，同埋好特別嘅凍奶茶，都係必食嘅！
